• Online identifiers (email addresses, user IDs)
• Professional or employment-related information (to the extent included in security alert metadata)
• Internet or other electronic network activity information (IP addresses, server logs)

Purpose

Service delivery, security alert aggregation and notification, team and device management, billing and subscription processing, and Service security.

Consumer Rights

California residents have the right to: (1) know what personal information is collected, used, and disclosed; (2) request deletion of personal information; (3) request correction of inaccurate personal information; (4) opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (PocketSOC does not sell or share personal information); and (5) not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. Sale or Sharing

PocketSOC does not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes beyond what is necessary to provide the Service.

Data Retention

Personal information is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above. Account data is deleted upon account closure or upon verified request. Alert metadata processed for notification delivery is not persisted beyond operational necessity.

Third-Party Service Providers

We use service providers to operate the Service, including Cloudflare (hosting and infrastructure), Apple and Google (push notification delivery and app distribution), Stripe (payment processing), and Resend (transactional email). These providers process personal information only as necessary to perform services on our behalf and are contractually prohibited from using it for other purposes.

Verification

When you submit a consumer rights request, we may ask you to verify your identity by confirming information associated with your account. We will respond to verified requests within 45 days, or notify you if we need additional time as permitted by law.
