1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PocketSOC™ ("the app" or "the service"), a product of WeaveHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use PocketSOC™.
2. In Development / Beta Status
PocketSOC is currently in active development and may be offered as a beta product. The service may be incomplete, unstable, or subject to frequent changes. Features described on this website or in the app may not be fully implemented or may change without notice.
By using PocketSOC during development or beta phases, you acknowledge that:
- The app may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
- Service availability is not guaranteed.
- Your feedback and usage data may be used to improve the product.
3. Description of Service
PocketSOC is an iOS application that integrates with CrowdStrike Falcon APIs to provide SOC analysts with mobile access to security detections and basic incident response actions, including:
- Viewing detections and alerts
- Isolating hosts from the network
- Lifting host isolation
- Receiving push notifications for security events
Important: PocketSOC is a third-party tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by CrowdStrike, Inc.
4. License Grant and Scope
We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PocketSOC solely to access and manage your authorized CrowdStrike tenant, subject to these Terms. No resale, sublicensing, or use beyond your authorized environment is permitted.
5. Device Limits and Technical Enforcement
- Your license is limited to two (2) active devices per API client ID unless WeaveHub agrees otherwise in writing.
- You consent to our use of per-device identifiers, device tokens, and biometric checks to enforce device limits and protect access.
- You agree not to bypass, disable, or tamper with device-limit controls, biometric requirements, or related safeguards.
- We may refuse activation, suspend, or terminate access if limits are exceeded, bypassed, or tampered with.
6. Credentials and Security Obligations
- You must safeguard your CrowdStrike API credentials and any tokens issued by PocketSOC.
- You may not share credentials or tokens across unauthorized devices or users.
- If a device is lost, compromised, or replaced, you must revoke its access and re-authenticate on a permitted device.
- You authorize PocketSOC to issue and manage device-level tokens to enforce security and device limits.
7. No Warranties; Provided "AS IS"
PocketSOC is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:
- Warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement
- Warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of the service
- Warranties that the service, including device-limit enforcement features (per-device identifiers, biometrics, and related controls), will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeaveHub and PocketSOC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or security breaches
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service
- Damages resulting from actions taken within the app, including but not limited to host isolation actions that impact business operations
- Any suspension or termination related to device-limit enforcement or detected bypass attempts
In no event shall WeaveHub's total liability exceed the amount you paid for PocketSOC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
9. User Responsibility
You are solely responsible for:
- Actions you take using PocketSOC, including isolating or un-isolating hosts
- Ensuring you have proper authorization to perform incident response actions
- Understanding the impact of isolation actions on your environment
- Maintaining the security of your device, API credentials, and Face ID authentication
- Compliance with your organization's security policies and CrowdStrike's terms of service
Warning: Host isolation is a powerful action that can disrupt business operations. Use PocketSOC's isolation features only when appropriate and authorized.
10. Account and Authentication
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your CrowdStrike API credentials
- All activities that occur under your account
- Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account or attempts to bypass device limits
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, exceed device limits, or pose a security risk.
11. Subscription and Payment
PocketSOC may be offered as a paid subscription service. Pricing details will be provided in the app or on our website prior to launch.
Important:
- Pricing is not finalized and may change before or after launch.
- Subscriptions may be required to access certain features.
- Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store and subject to Apple's terms.
- We do not guarantee any specific pricing or offer legacy pricing to early users.
12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use PocketSOC for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the app
- Use the app to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
- Share your API credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the app in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair the service
- Automate access to the app using bots, scripts, or other automated means
13. Intellectual Property
PocketSOC and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of WeaveHub. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for its intended purpose.
Third-Party Trademarks: CrowdStrike and Falcon are trademarks of CrowdStrike, Inc. Use of these trademarks does not imply affiliation or endorsement.
14. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PocketSOC at any time, with or without cause, including but not limited to:
- Violation of these terms
- Exceeding or bypassing device limits
- Tampering with device-limit enforcement or biometric requirements
- Abusive or harmful behavior
- Non-payment of subscription fees
- Discontinuation of the service
Upon termination, you must cease all use of the app and delete it from your device.
15. Privacy
Your use of PocketSOC is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to our collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.
16. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of PocketSOC after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
17. Disclaimer of Affiliation
PocketSOC is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or supported by CrowdStrike, Inc. PocketSOC is an independent third-party application developed by WeaveHub. Any issues, questions, or support requests related to PocketSOC should be directed to WeaveHub, not CrowdStrike.

18. Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
